International Assistant Project Manager

About the Role

The Durable Restoration Company is seeking an International Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Manager on a new construction project located in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. This role requires a dedicated individual to assist with project oversight and administration.

Core Requirements

• Possess a minimum of a 2-year degree in construction/project management, architecture, engineering, or equivalent field experience. Alternatively, prior experience in construction management administration or architectural training is acceptable.
• Demonstrated experience with construction administration processes, including submittals, shop drawings, product data, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.
• Ability to interpret specification books and blueprints.
• Proficiency in BIM construction software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to undertake extended travel for work, typically 2-3 weeks per trip.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
• Capacity to work effectively both collaboratively within a team and independently.
• Aptitude for problem-solving through research and a solution-oriented approach.
• Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace; must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with no more than 4 points and a valid passport.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, including federal, NSA, and Department of Defense checks for government projects.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt.
