About the Role

We’re hiring an IT Support Specialist to keep our people, systems, and workspaces running smoothly. You’ll be the main contact for everyday technology support, helping colleagues stay connected and productive. The role partners closely with People Operations and Engineering to support a fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first line of support for day-to-day IT issues and see requests through to resolution.
  • Manage the full joiner, mover, leaver process so access and core tools are in place securely from day one.
  • Support the Edinburgh headquarters’ technology setup, including Wi‑Fi, LAN, meeting room AV equipment, and coordination with the internet provider.
  • Maintain endpoint records, support both macOS and Windows devices, roll out security updates, and monitor overall device security.
  • Oversee user access and software licensing through a centralized role-based access model, including reclaiming unused licenses.
