Alexander Lyons Solutions is supporting the hiring of a Junior Account Manager for a multinational creative and marketing agency that is expanding into new markets. This opportunity sits within a strong team of creatives, commercial specialists, and leaders, and offers the chance to join at an exciting stage of growth.
This position is not limited to classic client servicing. It is a delivery-focused, project management-led role where organisation, precision, and operational discipline are critical. The successful candidate will help turn complex briefs into clear instructions for creative and production teams, spanning channels such as OOH, digital, internal communications, and corporate communications.
In this role, you will be the operational driver behind the account, helping work move smoothly across teams, keeping deadlines on track, and ensuring every brief is well structured and unambiguous. It is a demanding, high-responsibility position suited to someone who is detail-oriented, methodical, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders.

- Work pattern: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Setup: Remote, with 3 days per week at the client’s HQ in Riyadh
- Salary: SAR 16,200 to SAR 18,400 per month
What the role involves
- Develop trusted client relationships and become a reliable day-to-day partner.
- Keep communication regular, clear, and proactive so clients remain informed and supported.
- Run client meetings, presentations, and review sessions professionally and confidently.
- Manage delivery across strategy, digital, creative, and communications teams to ensure work meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and business goals.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, while identifying potential risks early.
- Review results, interpret performance, and share practical insights that support client growth.
- Spot opportunities to strengthen accounts through fresh ideas and added value.
- Assist senior account leads with pitches, new business activity, and strategic work.
- Prepare well-presented reports and maintain accurate records for all client-related activity.
- Show initiative, flexibility, and a strong commitment to going beyond expectations.
Skills and experience required
- Strong communication and people skills, with the confidence to lead conversations, meetings, and presentations.
- Hands-on project management experience in an agency setting, especially on integrated campaigns.
- Ability to solve problems early, anticipate client needs, and keep delivery moving without disruption.
- Comfort working with creative, strategy, media, and production teams to maintain alignment and quality.
- A relationship-driven approach focused on adding value and building long-term account growth.
- Fluency in Arabic, including confidence in the Saudi dialect, plus strong written and spoken communication skills.
Preferred background
- Experience in energy, government, or B2B sectors is an advantage.
- Exposure to busy, fast-paced accounts where speed and accuracy directly affect output quality is beneficial.
- Familiarity with workflow management tools and structured delivery methods such as timelines, trackers, job numbers, and resource planning is a plus.
