They are hiring a Junior Front-End Developer for a fully remote role, ideally based in the MENA region. This position is suited to an early-career developer who wants to create modern, responsive web experiences while building skills in a collaborative environment.

What You Will Do

• Create and maintain responsive, easy-to-use websites and landing pages for healthcare and wellness clients.
• Translate UI/UX designs into front-end code that is clean, maintainable, and reusable.
• Develop digital assets that support marketing campaigns and client websites.
• Partner with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver polished digital experiences.
• Support front-end improvements that help with SEO, site performance, and conversion goals.
• Improve website speed, responsiveness, and compatibility across browsers.
• Ensure websites work smoothly on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Apply accessibility and usability best practices while building interfaces.
• Update and manage WordPress websites and other CMS platforms.
• Implement content updates, templates, layouts, and new pages as needed.
• Find and fix front-end issues and UI inconsistencies.
• Test sites across different browsers and devices to maintain quality and reliability.
• Keep learning modern front-end tools, frameworks, and development practices.
• Take part in code reviews and work with experienced developers to strengthen your skills.

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance work, personal projects, or bootcamp training.
• Experience with live websites or web applications is considered an advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Ability to build responsive, mobile-first websites.
• Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue is a plus.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred.
• Basic understanding of SEO-friendly development practices.
• Comfort with Git and version control workflows.
• Experience using design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Basic knowledge of performance tuning and browser compatibility testing.
• Strong eye for detail and solid problem-solving ability.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team.
• Self-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Good organization and time-management skills.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar CSS frameworks is a plus.
• Basic familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards is an advantage.
• Exposure to healthcare, medical, or other regulated industries is helpful.
• Knowledge of JavaScript build tools and modern development workflows is a plus.
• Fluency in English is preferred; Arabic is a strong advantage.
