Role Overview
This position is being recruited for a partner company of Haystack. The role sits in a professional, forward-looking environment and focuses on managing orders, service processes, and customer-related documentation from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming orders and offers through to full completion.
- Prepare detailed reports that support clear visibility across projects and services.
- Place and monitor customer orders as well as subcontractor services, while keeping an eye on deadlines and quality standards.
- Review, sort, and process incoming communication from the customer fault-reporting portal.
- Arrange the required actions to ensure issues are resolved quickly.
- Keep all order records fully documented in the customer system so every step remains traceable.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational commercial training, preferably with a focus on administration or service.
- Some professional exposure in a similar role; experience in service, order handling, or administration is an advantage.
- Confident use of Microsoft 365 tools, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- A self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented way of working, combined with a strong sense of accountability.
- Good written and spoken German skills.
