In this full-time kitchen porter role, you’ll support the team by keeping the back-of-house area clean, orderly, and fully stocked so the chefs can stay focused on preparing food.

Key duties

• Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen throughout service.
• Wash pots, pans, utensils, and equipment so the cooking team can keep working without interruption.
• Replenish cleaning products and alert the team when stock is running low.
• Assist with simple prep tasks whenever extra hands are needed.
• Follow health and safety procedures to protect yourself and your colleagues.
