Role Overview
Dalata Hotel Group is looking for a Kitchen Porter to join its Cork hotel team. The position offers hands-on learning through the Dalata Academy, with support from experienced colleagues who can help you build your skills and progress in your career. Key Duties
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
- Follow guidance from management and help ensure a steady availability of clean crockery, cookware, and kitchen tools.
- Keep kitchen areas clean and tidy at all times.
- Work with the culinary team to uphold HACCP food safety standards.

- Some prior experience in a kitchen environment is required.
