About the Role
Work Potato is a recruitment and manpower solutions business based in Kolkata, focused on helping companies hire the right talent across different industries. As the company grows its client base across India, it is looking for a Lead Generation Executive to strengthen outreach and support business development.
Work Location
Kolkata, with a work-from-office setup.
Experience
The role is suited to professionals with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and qualify companies that have ongoing hiring or manpower needs.
- Connect with prospective clients in Kolkata, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and other cities through phone calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and similar channels.
- Present Work Potato's recruitment and manpower services to potential customers.
- Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects.
- Arrange meetings and assist with onboarding new clients.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience of 3 to 4 years in lead generation, business development, client acquisition, or inside sales.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Comfortable with client follow-ups and outbound outreach.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn.
- Suitable for a fast-moving startup environment.
- Having an existing client network is an added advantage, though not required.
