About the Role

The IMA Group is seeking a detail-oriented healthcare professional to join our team as a Lead Processing Operations Supervisor. This unique hybrid position involves clinical support, staff leadership, and the processing of medical reports. The role offers a blend of on-site work at IMA locations and remote flexibility. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support clinic staff, contributing to the smooth execution of daily operations.
  • Conduct clinical tasks such as patient intake, performing EKGs, drawing blood, and preparing examination rooms.
  • Meticulously review and process medical evaluation reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers to confirm that all documentation adheres to high-quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain medical records, databases, and essential clinical supplies.
  • Provide training and operational assistance to various locations as required.
  • Undertake travel to assigned clinics, which may include occasional overnight stays.

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience; prior leadership experience is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; experience with Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) is considered an advantage.
