Role overview

The Learning Associate / Trainer supports training delivery across all process routes in the Fulfilment Center. This role focuses on improving learning effectiveness and operational output by reviewing, refining, and strengthening training methods and procedures. It also helps drive the execution of training plans and supports the wider workforce needs of the site.

Key responsibilities

  • Be available to work across flexible schedules and rotating shifts.
  • Oversee instructors and peer trainers while they support new joiners.
  • Provide instructor training, observation, and coaching aligned to MENA standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records in the system console.
  • Ensure training content follows MENA requirements and creates a strong learning experience.
  • Review daily data to enhance the learning journey for new hires.
