Learning Specialist

Role overview

This position supports the rollout, activation, and long-term continuation of enterprise learning experiences. The focus is on turning learning from major programs and strategic initiatives into practical resources that can be reused and embedded across the organization.

The role also serves as a central contact for learner assistance and learning operations, helping employees and leaders find their way through learning paths, systems, and materials while keeping pace with new learning methods and tools.

Compensation & benefits

• Target pay is between $70,000 and $80,000 per year, with bonus eligibility, depending on experience.
• This is a hybrid position with an expectation of 2 to 3 days on site.

Key responsibilities

• Help launch learning from flagship programs and enterprise-wide initiatives, and support it so it continues to deliver value over time.
• Make sure learning remains easy to access, useful in practice, and reusable after live delivery ends.
• Build and refresh learning materials such as microlearning modules, playbooks, toolkits, and reference guides.
• Convert enterprise priorities and ways of working into clear, actionable learning content that fits specific roles.
• Integrate learning resources into enterprise platforms such as the LMS, onboarding programs, and role-based learning paths so they can scale consistently.
• Support the ongoing evolution of learning pathways to match capability needs.
• Contribute to the creation and delivery of enterprise onboarding experiences.
• Develop onboarding learning assets that reflect the organization’s priorities and culture.
• Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and upkeep of mandatory and compliance training.
• Respond to learner questions and guide employees and leaders on systems, training requirements, and available resources.
• Help plan and run learning sessions, including virtual or hybrid delivery and platform preparation using tools such as LMS and Microsoft Teams.
• Keep up with new learning trends, tools, and AI-supported development practices.
• Continuously improve and update learning assets and learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise learning delivery, learning enablement, learning design, or program execution in a complex organization.
• Solid grasp of adult learning principles and the ability to apply them in practical solutions.
• Background supporting enterprise or role-based learning pathways, onboarding programs, or capability-building initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing both the rollout and ongoing maintenance of learning assets.
• Comfort working with digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and virtual or hybrid learning settings.
• Awareness of current developments in digital learning and AI-enabled capability building.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a learner-first approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and willingness to learn new systems and tools.
