Leasing Executive

Role overview

The Leasing Executive for fashion, lifestyle, and specialty retail is responsible for building and managing the leasing funnel, identifying suitable tenants, and driving deals from initial outreach through final execution.

Tenant sourcing and pipeline management

• Identify, screen, and engage potential tenants in the fashion, lifestyle, and specialty retail segments through market research, direct brand outreach, and collaboration with brokers.
• Track and update the leasing pipeline in Yardi and the CRM system, ensuring deal progress and economics are recorded accurately.
• Arrange site visits and present commercial offers to interested tenants.

Negotiation and deal execution

• Lead commercial negotiations for fashion and lifestyle leasing opportunities while staying within approved business limits.
• Draft letters of intent and prepare deal briefs for Director review before issuing formal offers.
• Work with the Rental Management team to coordinate contract drafting once commercial terms are agreed.

Market intelligence

• Stay current on developments in the fashion and lifestyle retail market, including new brand entries and competitor leasing moves.
• Maintain an organized database of potential fashion and specialty tenants and keep outreach activity up to date.

Qualifications

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and prior experience in commercial or retail real estate development.

Additional information

The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is a full-time, on-site role.
