Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site position in Jaipur for a LinkedIn Manager. The role focuses on building the company’s presence on LinkedIn through content, outreach, profile optimization, and ongoing performance improvement.
What you will do
You will plan, develop, and publish LinkedIn content that reflects the brand, services, and campaign goals of the business. In addition, you will oversee the company’s LinkedIn page, strengthen professional connections, and review page analytics to improve engagement and results.
The position also includes leading outreach initiatives on LinkedIn, supporting employer branding and lead generation, and working with sales and recruitment teams to align communication efforts. You will handle comments and messages professionally, monitor key metrics, prepare regular performance updates, and keep refining strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
Qualifications
- Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn, including company page administration, profile enhancement, and publishing content on the platform.
- Experience in social media strategy for B2B or professional services, especially campaigns built around LinkedIn.
- Ability to plan content and write posts, articles, and thought-leadership pieces for a professional audience.
- Comfort using LinkedIn analytics and other social media tools to measure performance and convert insights into action.
- Understanding of lead generation, employer branding, and talent attraction through LinkedIn.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished and detail-oriented approach.
- Good collaboration and stakeholder-management skills for working with marketing, sales, and recruitment teams.
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage several campaigns and deadlines in a busy environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in IT services, staffing, or technology consulting will be considered a plus.
