Machine Operator

Job Summary

This position is responsible for running and monitoring production machinery and industrial equipment in line with approved operating procedures. The role exists to support production targets while upholding quality, efficiency, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and production equipment according to standard operating instructions.
• Prepare and calibrate equipment before starting production runs.
• Track the production process and verify product quality during operation.
• Spot minor equipment issues and escalate technical faults to the production supervisor or maintenance team.
• Carry out daily cleaning tasks and basic preventive maintenance on the machine.
• Accurately document production output, downtime, and equipment issues in the required forms.
• Comply with quality requirements, workplace safety rules, and occupational health procedures.
• Keep the work area tidy, safe, and well organized.
• Contribute to reducing waste and improving operating efficiency.
• Handle additional job-related duties assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements

• A diploma in a relevant field, or an equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience operating industrial machinery is preferred, ideally 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow operating instructions.
• Comfortable working as part of a team and handling pressure during busy periods.
• Strong discipline, reliability, and attention to detail.

Additional Information

The role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is a full-time, on-site position.
