Role overview

FSSAI is seeking a Manager (IT) to lead day-to-day technology operations, support system modernization, and help ensure that IT services remain secure, stable, and aligned with organizational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of IT systems, applications, and supporting infrastructure.
• Help implement and maintain technology solutions that match business and organizational requirements.
• Track system health and maintain the availability, security, and dependability of IT services.
• Work with internal teams and outside stakeholders on technology projects and related initiatives.
• Contribute to planning and delivery of IT modernization and digital transformation efforts.
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity rules and information security standards.
• Review technical problems and apply practical fixes to reduce interruptions to operations.
• Draft technical documentation, system records, and performance review reports.
• Assist in acquiring, deploying, and maintaining hardware and software assets.
• Provide technical direction and support to IT personnel and support teams.

Eligibility

This role is open only to candidates with at least 5 years of experience.
