Manager - IT Delivery Management

Role overview

This position is accountable for leading the full lifecycle delivery of technology projects and initiatives. The role ensures that outcomes are delivered on schedule, kept within approved budgets, and aligned with broader business priorities. It also covers project execution oversight, coordination with stakeholders and vendors, governance, and performance tracking across several technology streams.

What you will do

• Direct the planning, implementation, tracking, and completion of IT projects and programs.
• Control project scope, timelines, budgets, staffing, risks, and interdependencies.
• Work with business teams to understand needs and confirm they support strategic goals.
• Bring together internal technology teams, external vendors, and consultants to keep delivery moving.
• Set up and uphold project governance, reporting routines, and delivery standards.
• Review delivery progress and share regular updates with senior leadership.
• Handle change requests, resolve issues, and support risk reduction efforts.
• Make sure work follows IT policies, security expectations, and governance rules.
• Promote improvements in delivery methods, workflows, and supporting tools.
• Assist with resource forecasting, capacity planning, and prioritization across the project portfolio.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Between 5 and 7 years of experience in IT project delivery, program management, or technology implementation.
