What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle functional analysis for complex treasury and transaction-related processes, partnering with business and technology teams to define desired outcomes and success measures.
  • Assess current processes in detail and help shape realistic future-state workflows and operating models.
  • Prepare high-quality business analyst deliverables such as business and functional requirements, process maps, assumptions, dependencies, constraints, and impact analysis.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience as a business analyst in investment banking or financial services, with a solid understanding of how large-scale technology-enabled change programs operate.
  • Hands-on experience analyzing complex transformation or technology initiatives involving several systems, workstreams, and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of transaction or trading lifecycles and how they affect operations, risk, finance, and reporting downstream.

  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models at scale.
  • Confidence in engaging senior business and technology stakeholders, influencing decisions, and challenging assumptions constructively.

  • Ability to translate business goals and regulatory or control requirements into clear inputs for technology teams.
  • Experience using documentation tools, code repositories, issue trackers, and collaboration platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple validations within tight deadlines.
  • 6 to 11 years of relevant experience.
