Marketing Assistant

Role Overview

This is a practical, hands-on marketing role for someone who wants broad exposure across a group of business brands. The position offers the chance to contribute to social media, podcast production, video content, outreach, and overall brand presence, while helping shape how the brands are represented externally.

You will collaborate directly with the founders to coordinate and deliver several marketing initiatives at the same time. Strong planning, dependable follow-through, and the ability to stay organised across multiple projects are important. The team will provide the tools and support needed to succeed, but the ideal person will be eager to learn, work independently, and bring real enthusiasm to marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage social media campaigns across multiple brands.
• Produce video content, including filming and editing engaging material.
• Assist with podcast setup and editing.
• Support SEO efforts to improve visibility and reach.
• Carry out outreach and brand engagement activities to strengthen awareness.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in marketing and a willingness to learn quickly.
• Some practical ability or prior exposure to content editing and marketing tasks.
• Good self-management, organisation, and the ability to handle several projects at once.
• Creative thinking and an interest in taking ownership of brand awareness.
• Comfort working from the Shrewsbury office and travelling to event locations when needed, including some evening work.
