About the Role

This position sits within the Growth/Marketing function, where the focus is on combining creativity with commercial impact. The team develops campaigns across channels and works closely with other functions to strengthen the brand and drive measurable outcomes.

The role is centred on improving and scaling referral programmes and enterprise offers across Revolut Business markets. The aim is to generate efficient, high-intent customer acquisition through a strong organic growth engine.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead referral initiatives end to end across multiple markets, with a focus on increasing high-intent B2B signups.
  • Set up intricate campaign logic and reward conditions with precise execution so that pricing and eligibility rules remain accurate.
  • Plan and run A/B tests on reward formats and referral journeys to improve the B2B conversion funnel.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Legal to create correct in-app messaging and keep custom enterprise offers compliant with terms and conditions.
  • Monitor daily performance to spot irregularities, traffic spikes, or signs of abuse, and respond quickly to reduce risk.
  • Create clear dashboards in Tableau or Looker that communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Need

  • At least 2 years of experience in a fast-scaling environment such as fintech, B2B SaaS, or gaming, especially in performance analytics or growth operations.
  • Strong understanding of referral mechanics, including user flows, triggers, and eligibility rules, along with evidence of data-driven decisions.
  • Hands-on experience using SQL for data extraction and Tableau or Looker for analysing performance.
  • A practical, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to deliver meaningful outcomes from day one without heavy supervision.
  • Ability to interpret funnel metrics, identify abnormal drops, and decide whether an issue needs an immediate operational fix or a longer-term solution.
  • Working knowledge of marketing compliance, including consent rules, terms and conditions, and country-specific restrictions.
