Role overview

The company is hiring a Merchandise Admin Assistant to support its expanding merchandising team. This position involves providing day-to-day administrative help to merchandising while working closely with colleagues across the business and with external partners. The right person will be organised, confident, comfortable prioritising tasks, and interested in product ranges, data, and continuous learning in a busy, fast-moving environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare sales reports on a daily and weekly schedule.
  • Keep WSSI and line card information current each week.
  • Manage intake by maintaining the delivery plan and weekly intake forecast.
  • Send ASNs to suppliers and monitor shipments as they move into the business.
  • Support critical path updates alongside the wider team.
  • Act as the main contact for the warehouse team, join weekly meetings, and track actions that help deliveries process smoothly and stock go live on time.
  • Review and approve invoices.
  • Assist the ecommerce team by updating the go-live tracker and keeping the ecommerce checklist up to date.
  • Create and maintain products in the system.
  • Set up sales orders for the NC buy quantity.
  • Carry out markdown actions.
  • Own the weekly store allocation process to help improve store performance, and handle ad hoc allocations for events.
  • Provide general support to the merchandising team with everyday tasks and queries.
  • Contribute to the company’s sustainability and social responsibility goals by embedding responsible practices into daily work, including reducing waste, encouraging responsible sourcing, supporting circular economy work, and promoting choices that reflect the brand’s sustainability values.
