직무 설명
Company Overview
Lismore Grove Design is a design practice that works across interior design and interior architecture, with studios in Dublin and London. Its portfolio includes upscale hospitality schemes, multi-unit residential projects, and tailored private homes. The studio is known for combining clients’ inherited pieces and art collections with modern design ideas to create spaces that feel both contemporary and full of character. Outdoor and landscape elements are also increasingly considered as part of the overall design approach.
Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Office Manager position based in Dún Laoghaire. The role is centered on keeping the studio running smoothly from day to day, supporting both the team and external contacts, and maintaining a polished and organised office environment.
Core Duties
The Office Manager will coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, prepare documents, and keep filing systems well organised. The position also serves as the main contact for clients and suppliers, handling phone calls and email queries in a professional and friendly manner. Additional duties include managing office supplies, monitoring equipment, arranging deliveries and logistics, and providing administrative support to the wider team when needed. The role also covers day-to-day finance administration, including invoice handling and expense tracking, while helping ensure clear communication across the studio and with outside partners. Strong working knowledge of Xero and Excel is essential.
Required Experience and Skills
The ideal candidate should bring solid office administration and administrative support experience, particularly in calendar management, documentation, and filing. Strong communication and client-facing skills are important, along with the ability to deal professionally with suppliers and colleagues. Comfort with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phones is needed, as well as the ability to liaise with vendors when necessary. Good proficiency in office software such as MS Office or Google Workspace is expected, and the ability to pick up new systems quickly is important. The role calls for strong organisation, accuracy, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and a proactive, dependable approach. Prior experience in office management, studio coordination, HR-related processes, or other administrative work is preferred, and experience in a design, architecture, or other creative setting would be an advantage. A qualification or training in business administration, office management, or a similar area is welcome but not compulsory.
Software Requirement
Knowledge of Xero and Excel is mandatory for this position.
Work Style
The successful applicant should be comfortable working both on their own and alongside a small creative team, while helping maintain a professional and welcoming studio atmosphere.
