Role overview
As the Office Manager for LionsBot in Singapore, you will be responsible for keeping the local office running smoothly, coordinating executive travel, and preparing the company’s internal newsletter every two weeks. This is a trusted role within the CEO Office, with a strong focus on reliability, independence, and keeping communication flowing across a global team of 250 employees spread across four countries.
Core responsibilities
- Run day-to-day Singapore office operations, including supplies, facilities, vendors, visitor handling, and administrative onboarding for new hires.
- Organize and manage all CEO travel from start to finish, covering flights, hotels, ground transportation, visas, and briefing materials prepared at least 48 hours before each trip.
- Create the bi-weekly internal newsletter by collecting updates from teams around the world, drafting content, formatting it in the established template, and coordinating review and approval with the COS.
- Manage correspondence related to logistics on behalf of the CEO Office.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, or similar solutions to support drafting, research, and workflow productivity.
Experience and language requirements
The role calls for at least 3 years of experience in office management or office operations. Candidates must be able to independently coordinate complex travel across multiple cities and countries. Strong written and spoken English and Mandarin are required because the role supports liaison with China operations. Day-to-day use of AI tools for drafting, research, or automation is also expected.
