About the Role

This position is for an Overnight Console Operator responsible for delivering a positive guest experience while keeping the store clean, well stocked, and inviting. The role is hands-on and moves quickly, so strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once are important. OTR also highlights its food range and barista coffee offering as part of the customer experience.

Key Duties

• Provide friendly and helpful service that creates a strong customer experience.
• Maintain a tidy, stocked, and welcoming store environment for guests.
• Handle work in a busy setting while balancing several tasks efficiently.
• Represent and promote the company’s products and specials to customers.

Candidate Profile

The right person will be customer-focused, confident working independently or as part of a team, and prepared for a physically active role. The job involves extended periods on your feet and may include moderate to heavy lifting and reaching. Flexibility is important, as the position may require late nights, early mornings, and weekend shifts. A willingness to learn and confidently promote the product range is also expected.
