Role overview

This full-time remote opportunity is for a Data Partnerships Manager supporting a client that operates in the technology and internet space. The position focuses on expanding platform capabilities through strategic external data collaborations.

What you'll do

Build a pipeline of potential data partners across different sectors, assess fit, and bring selected partners onboard.
Handle negotiations and close agreements covering data access, commercial terms, and service expectations.
Work closely with engineering, legal, and product teams so partnership terms align with technical needs and business goals.
Track partnership results and prepare reports on key metrics such as data volume, data quality, and revenue contribution.
Make sure every partnership follows applicable rules and standards, including GDPR, CCPA, and internal governance policies.

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of experience in data partnerships, business development, or a similar role within technology or data infrastructure.
Strong ability to negotiate, manage contracts, and bring complex partnership discussions to completion.
Solid understanding of data governance, privacy requirements, and compliance frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA.
Comfort working with performance data, identifying trends, and turning insights into action.
Clear communication skills for working with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Working familiarity with API integrations, structured data formats like JSON and CSV, and third-party data platforms.

Compensation

The annual payout for this role is between USD 110,000 and USD 220,000.
