Role summary

This position is suited to a practical, detail-focused HR professional who can support both talent acquisition operations and broader HR/office administration while the Indonesia business grows. The role brings together recruitment coordination, vendor oversight, payroll assistance, and everyday HR operational support.

Talent operations and vendor coordination

  • Oversee recruitment workflows for sales positions handled through external hiring agencies.
  • Serve as the main liaison for recruitment partners, ensuring hiring criteria and candidate expectations are clearly aligned.
  • Arrange interview slots and help candidates move smoothly through each step of the selection process.
  • Monitor the status of hiring pipelines and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Review vendor effectiveness using measures such as quality, turnaround time, and conversion performance, then help improve those partnerships.
  • Assist with recruitment drives and support the timely closing of open roles.

HR operations, payroll, and office administration

  • Support payroll activities and coordinate with payroll vendors to ensure accurate and punctual processing.
  • Maintain employee data and HR systems in line with local compliance requirements.
