About PSH

Profile
- Completed commercial training, preferably in personnel, sales, or service-related areas, or an equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in staffing services, sales, or client support is an advantage
- Knowledge of labor law, temporary employment, or contract administration is desirable
- Confident use of MS Office and CRM, dispatch, or applicant management systems
- Strong communication skills and experience dealing with business clients in a staffing coordinator role
Key Responsibilities
- Support and expand existing client relationships while actively winning new B2B customers
- Plan and coordinate employee assignments across client projects
- Align workforce needs, deployment times, and qualification requirements with customers
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and assignment-related documents
- Maintain customer, candidate, and order data in the system
