Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position in Tiruchirappalli for a Placement Officer who will oversee placement coordination for interns connected with Judah Code Technologies. The role focuses on relationship building with hiring partners, arranging campus recruitment activities, and aligning candidate profiles with appropriate employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain strong relationships with employers and hiring partners.
• Plan and execute campus placement drives and recruitment events.
• Assess candidate profiles and connect them with relevant job openings.

Qualifications

• Proven background in campus placements and employer engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with learners, educational institutions, and corporate representatives.
• Ability to provide career guidance and counseling to help candidates identify and pursue career goals.
• Experience in creating or conducting training sessions on interview preparation, soft skills, and job-readiness.
• Exposure to education, talent development, or similar areas, with an understanding of how academia and industry work together.
• Graduation in any stream; qualifications in HR, Education, or Management will be an added advantage.
• Capability to handle several placement initiatives at once, maintain proper records, and work within deadlines.
• Comfort using digital tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms for placement coordination.
• Previous exposure to IT or technical training settings is preferred, though not essential.
