This position is for a Pricing Executive based in London Liverpool Street with a hybrid working arrangement. The role sits at the centre of communication between the sales teams, supplier panel and Bionic’s highest-value customers. Its main objective is to improve the quality and effectiveness of pricing requests, supporting both customer outcomes and business revenue across a channel that generates more than £5 million each year.

Team and Working Style

The Major Business Pricing team is part of the Commercial department and plays an important role in supporting high-value customers. The team works closely with the Major Business and Bionic Outbound sales teams, as well as suppliers such as British Gas and EDF, to deliver timely and competitive pricing. The business operates in a fast-moving, collaborative and results-oriented environment with a strong focus on customer outcomes and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather supplier quotes in a clear and usable format for agents handling customers with high consumption or multiple meters.
• Handle your own workload while also collaborating with the wider team to move processes from start to finish.
• Develop strong working relationships with agents and suppliers so you can guide pricing decisions effectively.
• Partner with the supplier management team to secure the best possible rates from suppliers.
• Keep stakeholders informed about market movement, including supplier price changes and SLA updates.
• Share pricing placement and feedback with suppliers across the panel to support stronger rate outcomes.
• Track and report on tender performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Take ownership of Bionic’s auto-tender process to help support retention and improve efficiency.
• Manage tender tracking and reporting workflows.
• Maintain ongoing contact with suppliers through calls and emails.
• Update stakeholders on tender progress and position.
• Format pricing information for both customers and suppliers.
• Provide suppliers with feedback on tender pricing outcomes.
• Report performance updates to internal business units.
• Own the end-to-end tender process.
• Refine tender processes to improve speed and effectiveness.
