Role Overview

CREALOGIX is hiring a Product Designer (UX/UI) for its Riyadh office. In this role, you will help design modern digital banking experiences that simplify complex financial interactions and improve the way users engage with banking products.

What You Will Do

• Create interaction concepts, user interfaces, and prototypes for mobile apps and responsive web experiences.
• Take part in product ideation, feature shaping, and UX-related decisions.
• Help develop and maintain the design system, including reusable components, patterns, and scalable structures.
• Make sure the experience stays consistent and easy to use across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Collaborate daily with designers, product managers, business analysts, and developers.
• Turn complicated banking workflows into clear, simple, and intuitive user journeys.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in product design.
• Hands-on experience designing mobile or web applications.
• Background in digital products and systems, not only brochure-style websites.
• Strong capability in UI design, interaction design, and prototyping.
• Good knowledge of UX/UI best practices.
• Experience with design systems and reusable components.
• Proficiency in Figma and other contemporary prototyping tools.
• Understanding of scalable UI architecture.
• Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS componentization is an advantage.
• Genuine interest in digital banking and FinTech products.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to self-manage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborative, proactive, and low-ego approach to teamwork.
• Strong portfolio with recent relevant work, evidence of your process, and examples of complex digital product design.
• Fluency in Arabic.
• Fluency in English.
