Role overview
Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Bank Cash Products team is expanding its global Client Account Services capabilities to strengthen its position as a preferred treasury banking partner. The team is seeking an Account Services Product Analyst to help shape, run, and improve a leading product offering for strategic client account services.
In this role, you will support product planning and day-to-day execution across the full lifecycle of both existing and new global Account Information Services. You will operate within the Corporate Cash Management business and focus on client account solutions, acting as a specialist in account structures, account services, and related cash management solutions. The role involves close collaboration with the wider Client Account Services tribe and multiple business partners to support launches, increase market adoption, convert business and regulatory needs into workable guidance, and deliver client-centric solutions that contribute to business growth.
What you will do
- Act as the go-to specialist for client account solutions within Corporate Cash Management, with emphasis on account pre-validation, client solution design, and explaining account solution capabilities to both internal and external audiences.
- Support client discussions, commercial efforts, and solution delivery by understanding client needs, preparing product collateral, contributing to proposals and RFP responses, and turning product, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear, practical advice.
- Work with Product Management, Implementation, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Client Service teams to ensure implementation readiness, resolve issues, maintain control standards, manage cost-income considerations, and continuously improve account solution capabilities across launches, rollouts, change programs, and the Account Pre-Validation roadmap.
- Collect and share client feedback, service patterns, usage information, and market intelligence to support product enhancement, commercial relevance, and sound governance of the account solutions offering.
Experience and qualifications
You should bring at least 4 years of experience in Transactional Banking, Corporate Cash Management, Product Management, Product Support, Implementation, Sales Enablement, Client Service, or a similar banking function, with hands-on exposure to solutioning, product delivery, or implementation support.
You should also have at least 4 years of experience across cash management products, client operating models, and the end-to-end lifecycle of payments, collections, liquidity, and account services, including a minimum of 2 years focused on client account solutioning in a complex banking setting.
A working understanding of banking regulation, operational risk, compliance requirements, and market infrastructure relevant to Corporate Cash Management is required, along with global experience applying these requirements in product, client, or implementation work.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is expected. A postgraduate qualification or professional certification in banking, payments, treasury, or product management would be advantageous.
You should be comfortable working in a global environment, presenting to and engaging stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and control teams, and able to deliver training, explain complex topics clearly, and contribute to cross-functional decisions.
The role also calls for strong analytical ability, experience producing documentation such as business requirements, process documents, or product guidance, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a regulated, fast-moving environment.
Benefits and working environment
- Flexible benefits, including access to virtual doctor consultation services
- Broad leave entitlements
- Gender-neutral parental leave
- Hybrid working setup
- 25 days of paid annual leave plus public holidays
- A learning-focused culture designed to support career growth
