Production Executive

Role OverviewStar Hi Herbs Pvt Ltd is hiring a Production Executive to manage day-to-day manufacturing activities at its herbal production facility in Unit 1, Bangalore. This role focuses on meeting production goals while upholding product quality, workplace safety, and GMP compliance. Candidates with prior exposure to herbal, Ayurvedic, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments are preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and oversee routine production workflows.Drive output in line with the agreed production plan and targets.Track machine usage, process performance, and workforce allocation.Maintain adherence to GMP, SOPs, quality norms, and safety rules.Work closely with QA, QC, Stores, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.Ensure batch manufacturing records, production logs, and related documentation are completed accurately.Keep raw material usage under control and reduce process losses.Carry out line clearance and maintain hygiene in production areas.Coach operators and supervisors on manufacturing practices and GMP discipline.Review production issues, identify deviations, and support CAPA implementation.Prepare production reports and MIS updates on time.Assist during internal audits and external regulatory checks.Requirements1 to 2 years of hands-on production experience in herbal, Ayurvedic, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.Working knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and production-related documentation.Exposure to herbal extraction, formulation, blending, granulation, tablet/capsule production, or liquid manufacturing processes.Ability to lead teams, plan work effectively, and manage daily operations.Comfort with MS Office and production reporting tools.QualificationsB.E., M.Sc., B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or a closely related qualification.Prior experience in herbal extract and Ayurvedic product manufacturing.Understanding of regulatory expectations for herbal products.Strong analytical thinking and process improvement skills.About Star Hi HerbsStar Hi Herbs is known for manufacturing high-quality herbal extracts, probiotics, and nutraceutical products.
