Key responsibilities

You will act as the operational anchor for the consulting team by keeping project tracking, documentation, reporting, and day-to-day workflows accurate and efficient.

• Take ownership of the project management system and continuously improve how it is used.
• Design scalable workflows that improve visibility, speed, and overall efficiency.
• Set up automations and integrations using cloud-based and low-code tools.
• Create reporting frameworks that support accountability and business expansion.
• Manage project records and related documentation with a high level of accuracy.
• Put strong document control practices in place and ensure they are consistently followed.
• Maintain traceability and audit readiness across client work.
• Review project files every day to confirm completeness and correctness.
• Track project progress, timelines, and deadlines.
• Monitor team performance and billable activity.
• Keep consultants aligned with client commitments and internal milestones.
• Spot risks early and drive practical solutions before issues grow.
• Work closely with accounting and leadership to improve utilization tracking.
• Support forecasting, staffing, and resource planning.

Requirements

• An associate degree or comparable professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or a related field.
• An active professional certification such as PMP, CAPM, CSM, or an equivalent credential.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based project management platforms.
• Working knowledge of workflow automation and process improvement methods.
• Very strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Comfort working in fast-paced settings with tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational ability, communication skills, and personal accountability.

Compensation and benefits

The package includes a base salary of $65,000 to $75,000 plus uncapped performance earnings, with target earnings of $100,000 or more. Compensation is tied to team utilization, execution, and billability, with no upper limit on earnings.
