Project Foreman

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Foreman to oversee and coordinate project site activities in Abu Dhabi. The role centers on managing dewatering operations for large-scale projects and supporting the Project Engineer with day-to-day site execution.

Key Objective

The main purpose of this position is to supervise project sites and ensure dewatering work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in an organised manner.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage project site operations.
• Handle dewatering activities for large projects.
• Report progress and site matters to the Project Engineer.
• Lead multiple dewatering crews and coordinate their work effectively.
• Work independently in challenging site conditions with limited supervision.
• Communicate professionally with clients when required.

Required Experience and Qualification

Candidates should have a College Certificate, Diploma in Associate Engineering, or an equivalent background through relevant experience or training. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of construction experience is required.
