Role overview

SimCorp EMEA is expanding its Project Management Service Line to strengthen commercial and delivery execution across its offerings. The company is seeking experienced Project Managers to oversee the implementation of SimCorp Dimension and related services for clients such as asset managers, fund managers, banks, insurance companies, and pension funds.

This position covers the full lifecycle of implementation work, including client interaction, resource and financial oversight, and handling complex stakeholder environments. The goal is to improve customer outcomes, increase value delivery, and better track and reduce project risk.

Role responsibilities

  • Oversee every stage of SimCorp implementation work across products and services, including clarification, solution design, configuration, data conversion, integration, testing, and training.
  • Coordinate several implementation workstreams at once by defining tasks, dependencies, effort estimates, and resource needs, while keeping stakeholders updated on progress.
  • Manage transitions from Presales to Onboarding and from Onboarding to Run.
  • Run workshops to gather and refine business requirements.
  • Help develop and document best practices for implementation projects worldwide together with the Global PMO.
  • Prepare and maintain core project documentation such as plans, reports, and RAID/change requests.
  • Track customer feedback closely and share relevant reporting.
  • Identify potential risks early and take action to reduce them.
  • Keep the project team engaged and drive continuous improvement within the team.
