Role overview
To support international project work and further expand the company’s German business, the team is looking for an organised, detail-oriented communicator to professionalise and manage the proposal process.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of the end-to-end proposal workflow in an international setting, from tender release through to final submission.
- Coordinate closely with internal specialist teams and external project partners, ensure proposal content such as references and CVs is complete and up to date, and keep the submission process running smoothly.
- Improve and structure proposal documents, organise the creation of clear and appealing visuals together with engineers and graphic designers, and perform the final language and content review before submission.
- Actively manage deadlines and make sure proposals are delivered on time and in strong quality.
