Role overview
This contract position is for a Public Administrator supporting a public-facing platform from anywhere. The role focuses on keeping administrative operations organized, aligned with regulations, and consistent with internal policies. You will help manage records, coordinate with different teams, and support smooth day-to-day execution across distributed work settings.
What you'll do
- Track and support adherence to public-sector rules as well as platform-level policy requirements.
- Prepare, maintain, and refresh process documentation for public-facing workflows.
- Work with teams across functions to resolve administrative and compliance-related issues.
- Review and report on operational metrics tied to public administration activity.
- Handle required filings and coordinate responses to outside requests within expected timelines.
What we're looking for
- Background in public administration, compliance, or a closely related administrative function.
- Working knowledge of documentation systems and compliance processes or frameworks.
- Strong planning and multitasking abilities to keep multiple priorities on track.
- Clear communication skills for dealing with stakeholders at different levels.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office or similar productivity software.
Compensation
The payout for this contract role is $40 to $65 per hour.
