Role overview
This role is centered on advanced analytics and modeling to improve how marketing efforts are targeted and how well they perform. The position supports strategic decisions across the organization by combining financial modeling, product economics, customer journey analysis, and deep business knowledge.
What you'll do
- Lead analytical work that helps tailor products, offers, and customer experiences to increase value for clients, partners, and the bank.
- Partner with business teams to evaluate and improve marketing campaign results.
- Work with data and analytics peers to strengthen the use of data, analytics, and artificial intelligence capabilities.
- Refine targeting approaches across digital, direct mail, branch, affiliate, and partner channels.
- Work with the testing center of excellence to design experiments and uncover growth opportunities.
- Use industry-standard approaches to measure media effectiveness and improve acquisition spend efficiency.
- Analyze large-scale datasets to identify patterns in acquisition, customer behavior, and profitability that can guide business strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and analytics stakeholders to support an analytics vision and key business priorities.
- Create data-driven strategic objectives and key results, then build tracking and reporting to monitor them.
- Review progress regularly, report outcomes, and suggest improvements where needed.
- Keep up with market trends, new technologies, and evolving best practices to improve customer acquisition and product experiences.
- Apply strategic thinking, analytical judgment, leadership, and domain expertise to deliver performance optimization insights.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of experience in the role offered or in a closely related position such as Quant Analytics, Data Scientist, Data & Analytics Director, or Business Consultant/Manager.
- 7 years of experience in financial services.
- 7 years of experience with financial product economics.
- 7 years of experience with P&L analytics.
- 7 years of experience with financial modeling.
- 7 years of experience improving profitability drivers.
- 7 years of experience optimizing marketing to improve channel targeting strategies.
- 7 years of experience using customer segmentation and behavioral analytics to increase marketing efficiency.
- 5 years of experience measuring mass media performance.
- 5 years of experience working with C-suite stakeholders in a global matrix organization.
- 5 years of experience leading teams in a global analytics environment.
- 5 years of experience building interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau.
- 5 years of experience with SQL and Python for data manipulation, structuring, and query optimization.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 30% to company offices for internal meetings.

Job details
This is a full-time onsite position based in New York, NY at 450 W 33rd Street, New York, NY 10001. The role may require up to 30% domestic travel for internal meetings.
