ProfitSolv is a software-as-a-service provider serving the legal and accounting sectors. The company is expanding and is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to help strengthen its talent acquisition operations.
Role Overview
The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to keep the hiring process organized, efficient, and candidate-friendly. This position is centered on interview coordination, first-round candidate outreach and screening, sourcing support, and maintaining a smooth experience for both applicants and hiring managers.
The role is an important operational partner to the broader talent acquisition team, allowing recruiters to focus more on strategy and end-to-end hiring while this position handles the day-to-day recruiting workflow.

Key Responsibilities
- Help manage the daily recruiting process across a variety of roles and teams.
- Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication.
- Perform initial phone screens using structured interview platforms such as Honeit and prepare clear summaries for the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers to keep interview scheduling, candidate movement, and feedback timing aligned.
- Support candidate sourcing efforts when needed.
- Review resumes and applications to identify people suitable for first contact.
- Keep candidate details accurate and current in the applicant tracking system.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication, regular updates, and professional interactions.
- Coordinate recruiting meetings such as intake discussions and debrief sessions.
- Protect sensitive candidate and company information at all times.
- Handle other recruiting-related tasks as assigned.
Candidate Profile
This role suits someone with a recruiting background who can stay organized in a fast-moving environment, communicate clearly, and manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with confidential information and enjoys supporting a team-oriented hiring function.
Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in recruiting.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills for professional interaction with candidates and internal teams.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle several priorities at once.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy.
- Prior experience coordinating interviews or supporting recruiting work is preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Juicebox is preferred.
- Exposure to structured interview tools like Honeit or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and hiring best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information carefully.
