Role Overview
Lendz Financial is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to help expand recruiting operations and improve the candidate journey across the business. Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, this position supports high-volume hiring in the mortgage sector by assisting with sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding for new employees. The right candidate is organized, proactive, detail-focused, and committed to delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates and develop talent pipelines for current openings and future hiring needs using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
- Reach out to candidates through InMail, email, phone, and text while building strong connections with both active and passive talent.
- Track candidates through the interview workflow in Greenhouse, including scheduling interviews, coordinating next steps, and keeping records updated.
- Provide a polished, responsive, and personalized candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Perform detailed reference checks and keep candidate records accurate and up to date.
- Handle onboarding tasks through Greenhouse Onboarding and Gusto, including paperwork, task completion, and checklist management.
- Support new employees during onboarding and coordinate with different teams to make the transition seamless.
- Assist with high-volume recruitment while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Work closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting and onboarding operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a high-volume setting.
- Prior exposure to mortgage, financial services, or a similar industry is preferred.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational ability and a sharp eye for detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a candidate-first mindset.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
