About the Company
The VBI Institute is currently being established with the purpose of connecting international skilled professionals with employers in Germany. The focus is on building durable, trust-based relationships with both companies and candidates.
Role Overview
As a Recruiting Partner, you will help grow the business side of the institute by bringing in employer partners, expanding professional relationships, and supporting the development of new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Acquire companies as cooperation partners
- Build and maintain a strong network of employers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Contribute to the strategic development of the VBI Institute
- Work closely with the team on further company growth
Profile
- Strong communication skills and a confident manner
- Interest in recruiting, sales, or business development
- Initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Dependability and motivation to help build something together
- Experience in recruiting or sales is an advantage, but not mandatory
