Role Overview

This position is for a Relationship Manager in Bengaluru, focused on client acquisition, investment product sales, and account growth across financial services offerings. The role involves building new client relationships from the open market, identifying opportunities to cross-sell, and helping drive revenue from sourced accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Source 7 to 8 fresh clients every month through active outreach, prospecting, and networking in the open market.
Promote and sell third-party investment products such as SIPs, mutual funds, insurance, and equity products.
Generate business from the accounts you bring in and support ongoing revenue growth across products.
Work toward a monthly goal of 5 SIPs, with each SIP valued at Rs. 2,000.
Develop long-term client relationships by understanding needs and suggesting suitable investment options.
Consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through strong account management and cross-selling efforts.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant should have at least 6 months of experience in sales areas such as CASA, insurance, demat, SIPs, or mutual funds. Good communication and people skills are important, along with the ability to connect with clients and build trust. Familiarity with broking and day-to-day operations in financial services is preferred, and experience in the broking sector will be an added advantage.
