About the role
WindStream.in is looking for a Relationship Manager to help strengthen client partnerships and support long-term retention. This position suits someone who communicates well, enjoys working with people, and can contribute to client satisfaction and growth in a fast-moving digital business environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering dependable service.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and resolve questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with internal teams to make sure client expectations are met and, where possible, surpassed.
- Create and support initiatives that improve client engagement and contribute to business growth.
- Touch base with clients regularly to collect feedback and enhance their overall experience.
- Monitor industry developments and competitor moves to share useful insights with clients.
- Spot opportunities to offer additional products or services that may benefit the client.
