Role Overview
This is a field-oriented Relationship Manager position focused on selling life insurance solutions and managing client relationships. The role is offered on-roll and includes a CTC of up to 4 LPA along with incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet prospective clients and present life insurance offerings in a clear and convincing manner.
- Drive sales performance and work toward achieving assigned targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to support repeat business and trust.
- Actively follow up on leads provided by the company.
- Generate new leads through self-sourced references and branch visits.
- Convert qualified prospects into completed sales.
Candidate Profile
The employer is looking for graduates who are local to Visakhapatnam and between 22 and 35 years of age. Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience in BFSI sales, insurance sales, or banking sales, with document-related experience being mandatory. Freshers are not eligible.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range is INR 3,00,000 to INR 4,00,000 per year, plus incentives. Additional benefits include high incentive earning potential and a fast-track promotion path.
