Relationship Manager

Role Overview

This position focuses on guiding students through their journey on the platform and helping them use the student app effectively to reach their academic and career goals. The role requires close engagement with students, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to support informed decisions around courses, universities, and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Help new students get started on the platform and show them how to use the Student App to its full potential.
• Stay closely aligned with each student’s goals and aspirations, using the platform’s tools and resources to move them forward.
• Assist students in finding, exploring, and narrowing down opportunities that best match their future plans.
• Influence and guide important decisions throughout the journey, including course selection, university applications, and final university choice.
• Keep up to date with evolving student interests, skill trends, new career paths, policy changes, and updated international education rules and guidance.
• Build relationships across the wider community and use those connections to strengthen support for the student base.
• Increase daily, weekly, and monthly app usage and improve retention so students continue progressing smoothly through each stage.
