Role Summary
Smartkarma is seeking a Research Analyst to join its Research team in Singapore. The position supports the full range of team activities, including onboarding Insight Providers, spotting research gaps on the platform, contributing to the growth of the pvtIQ business unit, and coordinating bespoke research work for clients.
The role reports to the Head of Research and works closely with the wider Research team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a strong understanding of the investment research ecosystem, Smartkarma’s platform, its core value propositions, and the broader effort to source and develop additional research and data.
- Monitor and track progress against Research team OKRs.
- Support the onboarding of Insight Providers, help strengthen engagement, and manage provider relationships and performance.
- Coordinate timelines and ensure high-quality delivery for projects within the Bespoke Services business.
Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years of professional experience, along with a clear and genuine interest in financial markets and financial services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with analyzing data and/or financial information and using those insights to inform business decisions.
- Highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
