Role Summary

As Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the restaurant. The role involves guiding the team through hands-on coaching and training, overseeing financial performance, and ensuring the outlet operates to the brand’s quality and procedural standards while reflecting the GYG approach.

Key Duties

You will be responsible for leading daily operations, supporting team development, and managing the restaurant’s profit and loss performance. The position requires you to maintain high standards across service, quality, and process compliance, while keeping the team aligned with business goals.
