About the Role
Zeus Street Greek is looking for a Restaurant Manager to take complete responsibility for the Chermside venue. This position is centered on leading the restaurant team, delivering standout food and service, and building a strong, positive workplace culture.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will coach and grow your management team, improve results through strong people leadership, and oversee the restaurant’s profit and loss performance. You will also be expected to uphold high standards of food quality and safety while reflecting the brand’s energetic and values-driven approach.

- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced setting

Role Overview
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Chermside, Queensland, Australia. The role is focused on running the restaurant end to end, developing people, and helping the venue perform at a high level.
