About the Opportunity
Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, is looking for a passionate Retail Assistant to join its store team in Robina, Queensland. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys premium retail, luxury fashion, and delivering a memorable in-store experience. You will support customers throughout their shopping journey by helping them choose and personalise high-fashion frames that suit their lifestyle.

What You’ll Do
- Support customers at every stage of their store visit, from greeting to final purchase.
- Help style and customise premium frames from luxury labels to match customer needs and preferences.
- Represent and promote major eyewear and fashion brands, including Prada, Chanel, Tiffany & Co., Ray-Ban, and others.
- Deliver a high-end customer experience that feels personal, friendly, and memorable.
- Use your sales mindset to contribute to store performance and customer satisfaction.
