Role Overview
This contract position is for a remote Risk Intelligence Analyst focused on building evaluation frameworks for AI systems. The work centers on assessing model outputs tied to risk intelligence, crisis handling, and continuity planning, while helping define benchmark tasks that reflect real-world enterprise decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Build clear, structured reasoning rubrics for reviewing AI outputs connected to risk intelligence and crisis response.
- Review datasets and scenario-based inputs to spot possible threats and judge how they could affect global operations.
- Design advanced benchmark tasks for AI training that reflect established approaches to risk assessment and incident response.
- Work with relevant stakeholders so the evaluation criteria fit enterprise processes, including HR, security, and communications.
- Share detailed written and spoken feedback that strengthens model performance and improves rubric quality.
- Assess crisis scenarios and contribute to multi-step response planning that supports operational continuity.
Requirements
- Background in risk intelligence, crisis management, incident response, or business continuity planning for enterprises.
- Strong command of written and verbal communication with the ability to explain complex reasoning in a clear way.
- Good judgment in uncertain situations and the ability to think through layered response plans.
- Working knowledge of organizational workflows across HR, security, and communications teams.
- Experience creating, documenting, and assessing structured rubrics or evaluation frameworks.
- Analytical approach with strong attention to detail and skill in interpreting data-backed insights.
Additional Information
This is a contractor role based remotely in the United States. Compensation is listed at $40 to $70 per hour.
