Role overview
This position is focused on helping guests feel genuinely welcome and comfortable throughout their stay. The business values enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong guest-first attitude. You do not need to submit a CV; the application is mobile-friendly and can be completed in about two minutes.
What the role involves
- Work with the wider team to create a warm, friendly arrival and departure experience so guests are happy to return and recommend the property.
- Engage with guests in a suitable, thoughtful way and encourage feedback through the guest experience survey.
- Clean and prepare bedrooms, bathrooms, and shared areas to the required Innkeepers Lodge brand standard.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness and safety by following opening and closing procedures consistently.
